Shipping policy

All items are ready-to-ship when you order. Juniper Designs is currently a part time business, and Fridays are shipping days. Typically, your order will ship on the Friday immediately after you place the order. On occasion, it will not ship until the following Friday if I will be away from the office. This means shipping could occur anytime from 1-14 days after your order. Similarly, emails are managed on Fridays, so there can be a several day response time. Thank you for understanding the nature of a part time handmade business and customer service responses occur on a weekly rather than a daily basis.
